Yemen Condemns Terrorism before other did SANA'A, Nov. 12 (Saba)- The Republic of Yemen is working steadily in one-line and on one political, media trend against all forms of terrorism, the daily newspaper "Al-Thawra " reported. Dr. Abdul Hadi Al-Hamdani Vice Director of the Presidency Office, indicating that the President of the Republic Ali Abdullah Saleh has repeatedly underlined that fighting terrorism phenomenon is the responsibility of all because it is homeless. In his workpaper in "The International Variables influence on the Islamic and Arab nations" symposium, held on Sunday on the Faculty of Commerce, in Sana'a, Al-Hamdani pointed out that Yemen was working with a clear informational and political stance in terror issue and it would cooperate with all countries to put an end to it. He added that, Yemen which had suffered a lot from terror approved eight agreements related to terrorism. The seminar also discussed couple of workpapers about the US foreign policies and the current events in Afghanistan and its influence upon the International variable and Arab peninsula. In a statement to 'Al-Thawra', professor of politics in Sana'a University, Ahmed Al-Kebsi said that the symposium had tried to discuss the facts, the reasons behind the Sept. 11 attacks, how to deal with it and the future expectations. He added that the symposium came out with agreement on holding another symposium to discuss the meaning of terror in its different forms, pointing out to the importance of reaction with what was happening "around us as we are part of the world and how we could play a key role" in the current worldwide events.
