Development of agricultural productivity discussed  

HAJAH, July 14 (Saba) - A meeting, headed by Hassan Omar Swuid minister of agriculture and irrigation and Mohammad Al-Harazi, Hajah governor, was held in Hajjah on Monday

The meeting discussed a number of issues pertaining to the situations and the methods of developing, by planning for the future, the performance of agricultural cooperatives, so that to serve the development process in the governorate and to enlarge their activities

The meeting was concluded in the emphasis on the necessity to support agricultural sector through building more dams and tanks in agricultural areas including remote districts, so as to raise productivity of different food crops

The meeting insisted the importance of accelerating the setting up of water projects due to the topographic and climatic conditions in this governorate
