Al-Kamel case adjourned  

IBB, July 14 (Saba)- On Monday, 14th July, the Appeal Court of Ibb adjourned the case of the murderer of three American doctors, Abed Abdul-Razzak Al-Kamel till next Monday

The court will adjudicate the proceedings of the murderer's counselor

On 14th July, the judge, Murshed Saeed heard two appeals from the counselor of the defendant, one about the "illegality" of Clause 31 in the Punishments Law and one contesting the accusation decisions 2,3,4 from the Prosecution

Then Prosecutor however answered the two contestations

Last May, the Penal Court of Jiblah had sentenced Al-Kamel to capital punishment over the charge
