Consultative meeting on women rights  

SANA'A, July 14 (Saba)- Interior Minister Dr
Rashid AL-Alimi along with chairwoman of the Women National Committee headed at the headquarters of the committee on Monday a consultative meeting

The meeting aimed at discussing a set of topics relating to women rights especially conditions of female prisoners and conditions of juveniles as well as measures to minimize phenomenon of begging

The meeting also discussed aspects of developing work of policewomen and enhancing the cooperation of concerned bodies in this regard

Some topics of the international convention of eliminating all kinds of discrimination against woman were discussed in the meeting
