President Saleh off to Ethiopia  

ADDIS ABABA, July 20, (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh arrived here on Sunday at 12:00 pm in Sana'a local time
President Saleh is heading a high-level delegation to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia for a three-day formal visit at the invitation of the Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi

President Saleh will hold talks with the Ethiopian officials on the promotion of cooperation between Yemen and Ethiopia in different fields
They will also discuss the hottest spots in the Horn of Africa, the situations in Somalia and the war on terrorism

President Saleh was received warmly by the Ethiopian Prime Minister Zenawi, the Secretary General of the Union of Africa, Ammar Eesa, the Ethiopian Minister of Foreign Affairs, the governor of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia and senior other Ethiopian officials and staff of the Yemeni embassy in Addis Ababa

We are so much pleased to visit this friendly country, the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia at the invitation of His Excellency Meles Zenawi, the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, President Saleh told reporters as he arrived
